Chatting is only available with your registered password if you paid a membership plan. If you own a free plan, you can't chat, but you may most certainly use the moderated message board!
TO use the message board, click the forum box, and then you may use the message board as freely as you like, but there are certain rules that you will read when you enter the forum.
With the chat room, there are also rules. It may be a live chat and all, but there is someone that is working for this site and is reading everything you post. If you send a rude or bad message, then you will be kicked out of the chat room for 24 hours. If you flood the chat room (i.e. writing the same message and repeating send it, then you will be kicked out).
Now that I have BRIEFLY stated the rules, be sure to read the EXACT rules when you enter. Remember, you need a registered password to chat. To use the message board, you don't need a password.
